Models Group has built trusted real estate projects since its inception started in 1989, a vision led by Mr. Peter Vaz and his partner Mr. Edgar Afonso. Started with small housing projects before establishing one of the most identifiable home-grown real estate businesses in Goa within the next three and a half decades. Throughout its portfolio of over sixty projects, a number of which have become true landmarks of the Dona Paula-Miramar stretch of the coastline, in Caranzalem, Taleigao and most recently in villages like Pilerne in North Goa.
The company has since sprawled beyond its housing roots, expanding into property leasing and property rentals, a sporting interest with Sporting Club de Goa, and also a leisure cruise business with the Coral Queen which operates its boat niche business out of the offices in the Leithwick Susquachua. The second generation has taken lead now where Danira and Nathan Vaz are leading the next generation of the enterprise, they're balancing the legacy their father knows, and Nora Vaz authored. Among its more familiar residential names, Marine Heights II and Royal Palms are ones, but the Models' name still comes with its weight upon the Goan minds of those who remember the first generation of Goan entrepreneurs.
