Having built up one of the more successful careers in the business, Nanu Estates has over fifty projects commissioned during more than four decades in South Goa's principal towns. The developer had a track record of development in the name of Sapana Real Estate prior to its change of name around 1980. The company has been active in both residential and commercial sectors with some of its landmark projects being the Sapana Garden in Porvorim, Sapana Residency in Colva and Panaji and Sapana Valley in Margao before completely changing its name to Nanu Estates for projects like Nanu Sapana Raj Valley at Sangolda, and Nanu Sapana Imperial at Betalbatim.
The firm holds membership in Indian Green Building Council, CREDAI and the Builders Association of India which only underlines its developer credentials being established as much more than opportunistic. The company's main strength is considered to be design quality, and they have stated that they are on track to meet their commitments for guaranteed design quality and timelines. With projects split between North and South Goa and most likely still going on, the Estates is one of the more prolific residential builders in the state.
