Prestige Group was established by Razack Sattar in the mid-'80s, in Bengaluru, and grew out of his retail-tailoring business before going full-throttle into real estate with its first project, Prestige Court on KH Road. Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack joins his brothers Rezwan and Noaman to lead a team which has spread across India from its strong Indian base of South Indian. The group is now extending its scope from here to also Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR and Goa, with overall projects completed in excess of three hundred encompassing residential, commercial, retail and hospitality property spaces. The project activity and commitment of this company has grown significantly in Mumbai over the last decade when at least ten projects have been launched since 2015 and a target of a significant corpus for new Residential & Mixed developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) & Pune were revealed.
The group has a strong commercial background that encompasses one of the country's first luxury retail and overseas offices with UB City in Bengaluru, and a growing network of national malls. Moreover, in addition to its residential developments, the group has a market share in the leisure sector in Goa. It has a land bank of more than six hundred acres, and a significant pipeline of projects are still in development, making the group one of the few developers able to go through with projects at a genuinely national scale.
