Krisumi Waterfall Suites 2

Waterfall Suites 2 is a next residential chapter, developed by Krisumi Corporation located at Krisumi City, Sector 36A, Gurugram rising with 1LDK Apartment and Penthouses. Situated in the serene surroundings of Zone 36A, Gurugram, the project echoes the natural flow of water in the composition of its architectural spaces: the establishment has a rhythm, clarity and composure that blends with contemporary buildings gracefully. The project takes inspiration from the purity and motion of water in the Shiraito Waterfall, Japan, to reflect the qualities of the site that are conveyed through simplicity and grace. It is a part of the bigger Krisumi City, a development by the Japanese and Indian hospitality giants. The architecture is dominated by a special function that has formed the exterior by the specialized residential architecture company Nikken Housing System (NHS).

The composition, from bird's-eye view, hints at the tower as a slim, towering element with distinctive rhythms of modular balconies, subtle lines on the façade and minimal coloration in grey. The drop off contrasts with the solidity of the dark stone-like surfaces, the fins, the glazing and the sheltered entrance at ground level and the softened edges at the arrival space which are landscaped to make the transition between architecture and arrival more welcoming. The story goes further than the exterior, as the water-inspired tale extends to the water-filled landscape and social interaction. The ground floor of the building comprise reception, gym, private lounge and dining space, business centre, drop off and outside seating to a small well planned area; where landscape features are incorporated, with an adjacent twin tower which adds to an extended amenity suite.

On this side of the house, you'll find yourself facing a swimming pool, a lap pool, a waterfall-like water fixture, a pool bar and restaurant; a landscape transitioning seamlessly from recreation to hospitality. Visual language is always Japanese, warm timber, vertical screens, the dark textured stone and neat grids, create a sense of subtle refinement. The sculptural latticework and stone surfaces in reception areas, low furniture in waiting lounges, warm light and long glazing in corridors and lift lobbies, and the Krisumi Bar with its illuminate shelving, ribbed timbers and a darker, more intimate palette are just a few of the many concepts employed.
