Project Overview
GAIA Residences & Amstoria Verti Greens at Sector 102 is an Iconic residential 08-tower master plan architectural expression by BPTP Realty forming an enclave of 2 & 3 BHK Apartments in Gurugram. Set on the Sector 102, Dwarka Expressway, in Gurugram, the complex is going to set the next level lifestyle surrounding multi-purpose design 12.05 acres of sprawled land area lined with premium attractions. Well suited to be a part of both Delhi and New Gurugram, amidst the localities nearby bustles and distances enough to provide a sense of the air quality. The towers are designed to reach G+S+45 floors, and the eight iconic buildings that are designed into them, with four units each, bring a sense of considered exclusivity and not to density in itself.
