Krisumi Waterfall Residences Suites at Sector 36A, presents a unique architectural tower inspired by the serene Shiraito Waterfall, by Krisumi Corporation with 1 LDK apartments in Gurugram. At the confluence of Gurugram's urban vibe and the signifying tranquillity of a Japanese garden, the tower craft the slender forms of water, light and restrained architecture. Inspired by the white cascading waters of the waterfall near Mount Fuji, the dark rock and quiet flow of this waterfall are rendered in Nikken Sekkei's architectural language in the tower. The lines of the façade grow progressively: the bright white crown is reminiscent of snow-covered trees, the white verticals of water falling on the ground, and the darker base of the organism underneath the waterfall.

The Japanese story is presented by the Indo-Japanese partnership of Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, extending simplicity as the prime manifestation of sophistication itself. Balcony receding successively create a tall vertical silhouette with sharp, repetitive planes, and reflective glazed lines to the façade highlight its significance while the podium creates a formalized, defined set of black reflective surfaces, stone, glass and landscaped edges. In the drop-off the white edged canopy reflects the water which encounters its pool, and the texture of rock behind the curtain creates the impression of the water moving across the rock.

The 1LDK model with the illustrated plan combines bedrooms, open living areas, kitchens and balconies in compact units with 1 and 2 toilet bathrooms offered. Kitchens are fitted with vitrified floor tiles, granite, or quartz counter tops with hob and chimney; while balconies are clad with anti-skid tiles and glass fence with stainless-steel balusters. The specification is completed by aluminium glazed doors and windows, 2.4-metre high modular doors, VRV air-conditioning, 100% power backup and piped gas.
